Everything You Need to Know for a Seamless Stay
Booking

Reservations can be made directly through our website, where you’ll find real-time availability and detailed descriptions of each historic cottage. For a personalized recommendation, our guest services team is happy to assist. Prefer Airbnb? You can also book your stay there.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellations made 30 or more days in advance of your arrival will be eligible for a full refund.
If a reservation is cancelled within the 30 days of the arrival date, the guest will be responsible for a 50% cancellation fee.

A standard minimum stay is three nights. However, during peak seasons or specific events, a 4-7 night minimum stay may apply.
Check-in and Check-out

Check-in begins at 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. We take great care in preparing each home between guests to preserve both comfort and quality.

We’re happy to accommodate when availability allows. Simply reach out in advance and we’ll do our best to arrange a seamless arrival or departure.

Entry to the home is through a secure lockbox. The lock box code and detailed access instructions will be provided 24 hours before arrival.

Housekeeping

To honor your privacy, daily housekeeping is not included. However, mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee with advance notice.

All cottages are stocked with fresh linens and towels upon arrival. For longer stays, we’re happy to provide replacements or a mid-stay refresh.

Beach access for Officer's Row is a 3-minute walk, and for Bliss Cottage it's a 10-minute walk.

Absolutely. Tybee’s vibrant coastal offerings are easily accessible on foot, by bike, or by golf cart including local eateries, cafés, galleries and markets.

Yes. Both Bliss Cottage and Officer’s Row accommodate up to 10 guests, with plenty of space for family vacations, small groups and relaxed Tybee Island getaways.

Yes. Both Bliss Cottage and Officer’s Row feature private backyard pools with lounge chairs and outdoor gathering spaces, offering a relaxing place to unwind after a day at the beach.

Officer's Row includes 3 onsite, private parking spots and Bliss Cottage offers 4 onsite, private parking spots.

Tybee Island is known for its laid-back, safe atmosphere. While the island is generally secure, we always recommend locking your vehicle and removing valuables.
