Everything You Need to Know for a Seamless Stay
Booking

Reservations can be made directly through our website, where you’ll find real-time availability and detailed descriptions of each historic cottage. For a personalized recommendation, our guest services team is happy to assist.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellations made 30 or more days in advance of your arrival will be eligible for a full refund.
If a reservation is cancelled within the 30 days of the arrival date, the guest will be responsible for a 50% cancellation fee.

A standard minimum stay is three nights. However, during peak seasons or specific events, a 4-7 night minimum stay may apply.
Check-in and Check-out

Check-in begins at 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. We take great care in preparing each home between guests to preserve both comfort and quality.

We’re happy to accommodate when availability allows. Simply reach out in advance and we’ll do our best to arrange a seamless arrival or departure.

Entry to the home is through a secure lockbox. The lock box code and detailed access instructions will be provided 24 hours before arrival.

Yes. We offer a refined welcome set featuring locally roasted coffee, premium teas, sugar, sea salt, pepper, and olive oil—thoughtfully chosen to complement your first moments in the cottage.

Yes. All of our cottages include a modern dishwasher, offering the convenience of easy clean-up after home-cooked meals or relaxed evenings in.

Each cottage is appointed with plush towels, a soft bath mat and a curated selection of premium toiletries, including artisan soaps, shampoo and conditioner to elevate your stay from the moment you arrive.

Yes. For your convenience, each bathroom is equipped with a high-quality hair dryer, so you can pack light and unwind in effortless comfort.

Housekeeping

To honor your privacy, daily housekeeping is not included. However, mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee with advance notice.

All cottages are stocked with fresh linens and towels upon arrival. For longer stays, we’re happy to provide replacements or a mid-stay refresh.

Beach access for Officer's Row is a 3-minute walk, and for Bliss Cottage it's a 10-minute walk.

Absolutely. Tybee’s vibrant coastal offerings are easily accessible on foot, by bike, or by golf cart including local eateries, cafés, galleries and markets.

Yes, the cottages are family-friendly with open layouts and cozy spaces. However, due to their historic nature, baby-proofing is not included.

Officer's Row includes 3 onsite, private parking spots and Bliss Cottage offers 4 onsite, private parking spots.

Tybee Island is known for its laid-back, safe atmosphere. While the island is generally secure, we always recommend locking your vehicle and removing valuables.
